All orders will be despatched within 1 business day after the payment has been cleared. Please make sure that the delivery address you supply us is correct. We try to process our orders quickly so even if you email us there is a HIGH CHANCE that we will NOT be able to change the delivery address. If your item returns due to incorrect address, we will be charging delivery again as well as a Return to Sender Fee of $15. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information.
We use a few different couriers for deliveries. We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, Allied Express, TNT and Sendle. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your prefered carrier at the moment as different items have to be sent by specific couriers due to the product weight and size. Please note that the delivery estimates are not 100% and the parcel arriving 1 or 2 days after ETA is not unusual. We advise you to plan your purchases ahead so you have enough time to receive your items if you need to use it on a specific date.
