Attention Please: Before changing, soaking the new filter for 2 minutes into the water for activating the resin. And press the black RESET button for 5 seconds on the bottom of the fountain, otherwise, the filter light blinks always after you replace the filter
Normally, the filter should be replaced every 3 months under the SMART MODE and 1 month in NORMAL MODE. The indicator will turn ORANGE when the filter needs to be replaced

We use a few different couriers for deliveries. We use Australia Post, Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please, Allied Express, TNT and Sendle. Unfortunately, you cannot choose your prefered carrier at the moment as different items have to be sent by specific couriers due to the product weight and size. Please note that the delivery estimates are not 100% and the parcel arriving 1 or 2 days after ETA is not unusual. We advise you to plan your purchases ahead so you have enough time to receive your items if you need to use it on a specific date.
